Professor. Doctor of Legal Science
Born in Prizren, educated in Prishtina and Croatia and trained in European countries, is a Doctor in Legal Sciences, also he is Kosovo's first specialist on execution of criminal sanctions.
Has created and led a major state sector and has long working experience of over 40 years:
• 2019 - 2015 - Professor at the Academy for Public Safety and Business College
• January 2014 - Staff Leader
• 2005 - 2014 - Commissar of Kosovo Correctional Service,
• 2004 - 2006 - Co-Head of Kosovo Correctional Service
• 2000 - 2004 - Training Bag - Instructor Instructor
• 1990 - 1995 - Chief of the Rehabilitation and Re-socialization Service in Lipjan / Lipjan
• 1984 - 1990 - Senior Leader for Reforming and Re-Socializing
• 1979 - 1984 - Professor at the Center for Secondary Education
He is the author of many professional publications abroad and author of two professional books:
